SIMPLY BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients
1100g strong plain flour
75g yeast
Pinch salt
2 whole eggs
450mil warm milk
125g butter
Pinch sugar


Method
Melt butter, add milk & warm to blood temperature.
Add yeast, sugar & eggs.
Add to flour and salt.; Mix with dough hook until smooth (add more flour if needed)
Prove in a bowl, covered with damp cloth.
Knock back and roll to size, then prove again.
Egg wash and cook in medium oven until golden brown.

Makes 35-40 rolls
