APRICOT & SAGE STUFFING

Ingredients
2lb sausage meat
2 whole eggs
Sage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large handful chopped apricots



Method
Mix sausage meat with onion, garlic, apricot, sage & whole eggs.
Roll in roulade wrap of silicone paper and foil.
Bake for approx 40 minutes
Slice and serve (makes approx 30 slices).
